Molding Capability:

1 set 25 tons/hour alkaline phenolic resin sand mixers for sand molding (plan to add one more); 1 set 5 tons/hour mixers for core making and 1 set of 3 tons/hour mixer for chromite sand.

Melting Capability:

One set of 5 tons arc furnace and one set 5 tons AOD refining furnace . Max melting weight 15 tons (with 65% yield, max part weight will be about 10 tons). Definitely duplicated from SCW on melting and refining furnace.

HT Capability:

1 set of HT gas furnaces with max size 6 m x 3 m x 2.2 m  (30 tons) in house, Plan to install one more by the end of Jul. one set of HT electric furnace with size 3 m x 3 m x 2 m to be installed by the end of Jul. Can do annealing, normalizing, air/water quenching heat treatment.

Water quenching tank size : 4 m x 6 m x 5 m   = 120 tons water

3 – 22 KW strong agitators installed inside of water quench. Good for quenching.

Testing capability:

NDT : MT,PT and UT available in house. RT must be outsourced. There is only a C-shape yokes MT equipment available. One employee has qualified with UT/MT level II.

Hardness (Rockwell and Brinell) ; Mechanical properties (Tensile, yield, elongation and reduction) ; Impact (U, V notch) with -60 C; Microstructure test are all available in house.
